Subscription Fee

Free Trial
Scheduleitup.com may offer you a free trial of all or part of the Service (the "Free Trial"). The Free Trial will commence when you register with us and will end on the earlier of I the Free Trial expiration date given by us when we receive your registration, or (ii) the date you subscribe to a Scheduleitup.com Paid Service. The Service is offered “as-is” and without warranty of any kind during the Free Trial. Your data you enter during the Free Trial will be permanently deleted within 6 months following the end of the Free Trial.
If you agree to pay the fee for access to one of Scheduleitup.com subscriptions (the Scheduleitup.com Paid Service"), Scheduleitup.com will charge the applicable non-refundable fee the entity you designate in accordance with the payment method you choose for your purchase, either in advance as a one-time annual payment or on a monthly basis, depending on your chosen subscription. By specifying a card to be invoiced if purchasing by credit card, you affirm that you are authorized to make such a purchase and that you are the cardholder (i.e. that the card is issued in your name). Any applicable sales taxes and fees are included in all prices shown on the Website. Scheduleitup.com allows a range of payment ways, so check the website for the most convenient one.
Renewal and Cancellation
Unless you cancel your paid account before the end of the current subscription period, it will automatically renew for the same duration. By contacting customer service at, you can cancel your account at any time. The cancellation will take effect right away. You may not be able to use or access the Platform after you terminate your account, and you will not be entitled to any refunds.
License of Content
You grant us (and our agents) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, modify, transmit, display, and distribute User Content by submitting, uploading, or displaying it on or through the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all of the necessary rights, power, and authority to grant the rights granted herein to any User Content that you submit.
Your Limited License of Your User Content
